CSC Partners Recruitment has established relationships with Big 4 practices across Ireland are delighted to be working again with this Big 4 client to source a Tax Advisory Manager as they grow and expand their tax function within Cork.
This job is to lead and manage multiple operations of the tax practice area and to deliver quality tax services. You will serve as business advisor to their clients aiming at maximising engagement and achieving qualitative outcomes.
This Big 4 firm works with a niche group of clients from large multi-national, large corporate and indigenous companies and high net worth individuals across Ireland and international and this role will work closely with the tax partners.
You will be:
- Delivering a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe
- Building relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise
- Providing innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns
- Identifying and mitigate tax risks
- Coordination of a high performing team and assess their performance
- Managing tax provision and tax compliance process
- Process improvement and implementing best practice
- Managing and coordinate tax audits
You will have:

- Proven work experience in Taxation, either a qualified Tax Senior or Assistant Manager
- AITI or CTA qualified and or ACA, ACCA or CPA qualified would be preferable but not essential
- Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
- Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
- Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills
- Analytical skills with detail orientation
