With close to 30 years’ experience providing cost-effective, efficient and customised service to many of the country’s leading employers, this successful recruitment consultancy is operating in 10 locations throughout Ireland.  CSC Partners Recruitment is delighted to be working with this client on an exclusive partnership basis to support the growth and development of this quality consultancy in Cork.

Due to increased growth, we are looking to recruit a Qualified Recruitment Lead/Manager professional to join their dynamic and specialised team.  Working with a fantastic group of people, my client gives the tools and autonomy to be great at their job. Working with this client, recruitment is about growth, success and fun.

Your new role:

  • You will work with the senior leadership team across the country to understand long-term talent requirements for key clients
  • You will work with the consultancy team to ensure sourcing strategies and recruitment initiatives are working in accordance with requirements
  • You will have responsibility to oversee and drive recruitment programmes for the business
  • Drive innovation and creativity across all areas of recruitment
  • Manage recruitment, performance management and career development of recruitment team
  • Development of the business, liaising with both candidate and client
  • Work on active vacancies, manage both candidate and client expectations
  • Achieve own sales targets, maintenance and development of the brand across Ireland
  • Be proactive in raising the company’s profile through regular networking activities and client meetings
  • Build close working relationships across all offices and network within the Group
  • Ensure there is a weekly focus on client engagement/business development within the office
  • Use of Social Media and other tools to source suitable candidates
  • Ensure adherence to, and development of, appropriate administrative and operational procedures. Ensure the integrity of database in terms of being current and complete
  • Any other duties as required


You will be:

  • Degree qualified or equivalent professional experience
  • A minimum of 2 years’ agency experience
  • Experienced in stakeholder management and forecasting talent requirements
  • Experienced in managing and developing a small team
