My client is a dynamic indigenous high-tech manufacturing and service company based out of East Cork.  CSC Partners Recruitment is partnering with this client to recruit a qualified Administrator. This is a key role within the business where you will undertake administrative tasks including basic accounting and cover reception, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

This position is to ensure the smooth running of my client’s company’s offices and contribute in driving sustainable growth. You will be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision and be self-motivated and trustworthy.


  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the directors and key staff
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages)
  • Marketing support, updating website
  • Support the internal accounting procedures
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

You will be:

  • Proven with experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAGE accounting is a distinct advantage
