Accounts Administrator  Part-Time

CSC Partners Recruitment are delighted to once again work on a retained basis with this award-winning client who are in Cork City Centre in the tourist hub.  We are consulting with this company to recruit an Accounts Administrator on a part-time basis, 20 hours a week either mornings or afternoons or a mix of both. This long-established retail/wholesale and manufacturing business has an unenviable customer base from counter sales to large corporate catering.

Role involves managing the following:

  • Day Books, records and reports
  • Checking invoices
  • Dealing with drivers and customer service team
  • Managing AR and AP function
  • Bank Reconciliation’s
  • Liaising with customers via phone and email
  • Liaising with both owners, team and external auditors

You will be:

  • Proven accounts administrator
  • Fluency in spoken and written the English language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be professional and confident and experienced in customer service
  • Strong time management skills as this is a busy environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
